    Misleading Subscription

    - Subscription was for 12oz of coffee how ever 10oz was sent, when reaching out to support this was “intended” despite all receipts and the website saying 12oz though when I canceled.

    - Coffee consistently came late or roasts where sent that where over two weeks old.

    We love the coffee

    Been on this subscription for like 3 years now, varying from every 3 weeks to every 6. Never once got a bag we didn't like. In a pinch we try to find something like it at a grocery store or whatever, but it never comes close. Just miss the ole Irv. We'll subscribe til we die, just please don't raise the price on us! lol
