Our current offerings are available for purchase in the Shop section of our website. We want your shopping experience at IrvingFarm.com to be as easy as possible. You can create an account to make your checkout faster for repeat visits. If you prefer to not create an account, you can also checkout as a guest. Shipping + DeliveryOrders are usually shipped within 1-2 business days of when they are placed. We ship from Zip code 12546. You can estimate the transit time for FedEx Ground shipments using this FedEx Ground map. We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays. We will use the contact information you provide with your order to follow up with you if we foresee any delays with your shipment.
Our standard shipping option is FedEx Ground. During checkout, you can also select from our expedited shipping options, FedEx Two Day + FedEx Standard Overnight. We ship only to street addresses in the United States. We currently cannot ship to addresses outside the United States, to P.O. Boxes or to APO/IPO addresses.
Our expedited shipping times do not include the time required to process orders before shipping. Please allow 1-2 business days of fulfillment timebefore shipping for any estimates of delivery times of orders placed at IrvingFarm.com. We will do our best to process orders marked for expedited shipping within one business day. However, any orders that we receive after noon (12pm EST) will be processed on the second business day.
Changes + Cancellations
Changes or cancellations to orders must be communicated to us within 24 hours of the original order submission, and may be made only by telephone: 212 206 0707.
FedEx requires a signature for all deliveries and will not leave a package without one. If you would like FedEx to leave the package without a signature, please be sure to include instructions in the "Special Delivery Instructions" box when entering the Shipping Info.
You must supply a daytime phone number to ensure that FedEx can make the delivery.
Due to shipping limitations, we are unable to ship packages for delivery on the following holidays or the day thereafter: New Year's Day, President's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas.
Shipping rates are calculated based on weight of package, shipping address and the shipping method. You can find cost of shipping using the shipping cost calculator during the checkout process.
We offer free shipping on orders over $50.
Irving Farm requires a credit card for online ordering. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Your card will be charged upon submission of your order. We do not accept checks, money orders or ship C.O.D.
All coffee is tax-free. All other items shipped within New York are subject to applicable sales tax.
Returns + Exchanges
We stand behind the quality of all of our products, and your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund of the purchase price within five business days of receipt of the shipment. All items must be brand new, never used, with original packaging materials, accompanying literature, instructions and other materials that were included with the shipment.
Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable. No returns will be accepted after five business days of receipt of package. We are not able to issue credit to anyone except the original purchaser.
Once the item has been received and inspected by Irving Farm, a credit will be issued to the original purchaser's card.
Return the product to the address below (please keep your shipping receipt should you need to track your package). For your protection, we recommend that you insure it for full value.

Section 1 - What Do We Do With Your Information
When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.
Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.
Section 2 - Consent
How do you get my consent?
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.
If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.

We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.
Section 4 - Shopify
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
Payment: If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

Section 5 - Third-party Services
In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.

Section 6 - Security To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.
If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.

Section 8 - Age of Consent
By using this site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.
If our store is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that we may continue to sell products to you.
