Gotham dark roast offers complex flavors from high-altitude beans. Sweet and bold, this is the best coffee New York has for dark roast enthusiasts. We use high altitude coffees from Colombia and Honduras to create a dark roast that has a ton of sweetness, complexity and more acidity. When you roast a coffee dark, you destroy a lot of the acids in the coffee. Using high altitude coffees means that the complex flavors of the coffees that we buy shine through even in a darker roast.

    Gotham stands above the rest!

    My son gave me a gift and every 3 weeks I would get a bag of fresh beans from roasters all over the country and I got a bag of Gotham as one of the bags and it was such a delight because the richness the flavor was exquisite and stood far above the other bags of coffee that I got and they were very good roasters but you guys have done a hell of a job so thank you
