Decaf Blackstrap is water processed decaf coffee from Chiapas Mexico. The profile of Chiapas coffees works well with decaffeination to make a sweet, clean, sugary cup of decaf coffee. This product is designed to be drunk as either an espresso or a drip coffee, but we feel it really shines as an espresso, where the citrus and brown sugar flavors are really enhanced. We are proud that this coffee is sustainability produced and traceable to the producer! We want to feel as good about our decaf as we do for all of our other coffees.     Smooth chocolatey

    This is the smoothest tasting coffee I’ve ever had. Chocolatey with no bitterness. I can’t wait to have more.

    Amazing!

    This Blackstrap has become my GO-TO Decaf coffee. This is so good and not sweet or light as is the case with a lot of decaf coffees. I am so very pleased that I have Irving Farm New York Coffee! The best!

    Great flavour. I love this company, they’re the best I discovered them during the pandemic at a store in upstate New York and when I moved to the city I looked for them online. They have the freshest roasted coffee. Couldn’t be happier.
