Guatemala Santa Isabel Santa Isabel is a wonderful coffee. It's very sweet, with notes of chocolate, brown sugar, citrus, apple, herbal. Santa Isabel is an organic and practicing biodynamic farm in Santa Rosa Guatemala. It's complex, sustainable agricure in an agroforestry system. The producers are Alex and Martin Keller.
