Gotham dark roast offers complex flavors from high-altitude beans. Sweet and bold, this is the best coffee New York has for dark roast enthusiasts. We use high altitude coffees from Colombia and Honduras to create a dark roast that has a ton of sweetness, complexity and more acidity. When you roast a coffee dark, you destroy a lot of the acids in the coffee. Using high altitude coffees means that the complex flavors of the coffees that we buy shine through even in a darker roast.

    Gotham Dark Roast

    Gotham Dark Roast is a favorite staple in my pantry! It is wonderfully rich, smoky and full bodied . I was blessed to find this Irving Farm coffee via a subscription service. I am now so thrilled to be a part of Irving Farm New York family with a subscription of Gotham directly from this Amazing Roaster! I am also enjoying other offerings from Irving Farm New York. What a superb company with quality products as well as great customer care and ethically minded!

    Great coffee

    I had what seemed to be the best cup of regular drip coffee in my life at First Village cafe in Ossining, NY. I asked the barista what the coffee was and was told Gotham Dark Roast. I have been hooked ever since. I continue to buy it regularly for my house and gift it whenever possible. Great coffee!
