Decaf Blackstrap is water processed decaf coffee from Chiapas Mexico. The profile of Chiapas coffees works well with decaffeination to make a sweet, clean, sugary cup of decaf coffee. This product is designed to be drunk as either an espresso or a drip coffee, but I think it really shines an an espresso, where the citrus and brown sugar flavors are really enhanced. I put a lot of work into this product to have a decaf coffee that we could be proud of and that is sustainability produced (this coffee is sourced through the NKG bloom program) and traceable to the producer! We want to feel as good about our decaf as we do for all of our other coffees. Try it next time you’re at an Irving Farm cafe!
