Decaf Blackstrap is water processed decaf coffee from Chiapas Mexico. The profile of Chiapas coffees works well with decaffeination to make a sweet, clean, sugary cup of decaf coffee. This product is designed to be drunk as either an espresso or a drip coffee, but we feel it really shines as an espresso, where the citrus and brown sugar flavors are really enhanced. We are proud that this coffee is sustainability produced and traceable to the producer! We want to feel as good about our decaf as we do for all of our other coffees.
