THE STORY BEHIND HOUSE BLEND
Our signature House Blend was created as the hallmark coffee for our original cafe at 71 Irving Place. The challenge of creating a coffee we'd dream of drinking every day was a daunting one, but we have fallen in love with this smooth combination. We selected high grown washed coffees—because they are distinctly clean and snappy—and roasted and blended them to add body, sweetness, and depth. The specific coffees in the blend are selected throughout the year based on availability, in order to maintain the consistent, graceful flavor profile we've come to love in this blend.
