Blackstrap is always a blend of PNG Lamari, Brazil Minas, and Colombia Monserrate. This coffee was developed to be a sweet, complex, house espresso for New York City. As an espresso it tastes like brown sugar and tropical fruit. In a cortado, cappuccino, or a latte, it balances perfectly with milk to create a complex, sweet, and classic tasting specialty coffee.
