This 42g chocolate bar from BUNA is composed of 70% cocoa originating from Chiapas or Tabasco and 30% panela (sugar cane) from Oaxaca. The two diverse soils and ecosystems help make this chocolate bar ultra rich.

Panela (sugar cane) is the key behind the sweetness of BUNA's chocolate. Originally from San Juan Tabaá, Oaxaca, panela is a fundamental ingredient that, when fused with cocoa, results in the richest chocolate.
