Irving Farm is proud to offer this exceptional microlot coffee from renowned producers Diego and Marta Casso of Huila, Colombia. This coffee earned 2nd place in the 2024 Best of Monserrate competition and showcases the quintessential profile of Colombian coffee: rich body, bright acidity, and a pronounced sweetness. Expect notes of chocolate and florals to dominate the cup.
Grown at 1,650 MASL on Diego and Marta’s farm, this coffee is a mix of Caturra and Colombia varieties, micro-milled, washed, and carefully dried on-site.
We've been sourcing from Diego and Marta since 2014, when we first discovered their coffee through the Best of Monserrate competition.
