This smooth, balanced coffee comes from the Monserrate Cooperative in Huila, Colombia. By offering a fixed price on their coffee, we’ve helped the community to invest in long term projects. Since 2017, Irving Farm has contributed over $30,000 which has funded wastewater treatment infrastructure, solar coffee drying infrastructure, and emergency landslide relief.
Our Monserrate coffee is a single origin blend from small producer mills. It is mechanically depulped, allowed to sit dry in tanks to ferment, and then washed and moved to raised beds in covered solar dryers.
